Fence Decks and More is a California outdoor-construction contractor, owner-led by Ted Homayer, based in Santa Margarita and serving statewide. They build and repair fencing, residential, commercial, industrial, privacy, chain link and ranch, along with decks, pergolas and concrete.

Homeowners and property managers choose a contractor on trust: will the work last, is the pricing straight, will they communicate. The site had to carry that “built strong, built right” positioning, present a broad service menu clearly, explain a no-pressure process, show real reviews, and make requesting a free quote the obvious step.

Desktop Performance is 98, with Best Practices and SEO both at 100 and Accessibility at 97. Largest Contentful Paint is 0.9 s, Speed Index 0.8 s, blocking time zero. Mobile lands at 89, with the same perfect Best Practices and SEO.

Straight talk: the one thing between mobile and a green score is Largest Contentful Paint at 3.7 s, the hero image on a throttled connection. Everything else on mobile is green, layout shift is 0.001 and blocking time is 0 ms. A lighter mobile crop of that hero closes the last gap.
